|Relatives and Special Friends Day
is Friday, December 5th!
Relatives and Special Friends Day is a day when any relative (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, etc.) or special friends of our children get the opportunity to visit our school and spend the morning with the special children in their lives.
SCHEDULE OF THE DAY
Guests must arrive between 8:45 – 9:00 a.m. The event ends at 12:00 p.m. (December 5th is a half day).
The day will consist of a Welcome Presentation in the Auditorium (with a new program this year, some surprise guests, and a special raffle), Classroom Visits and a Lobby Reception.
YOU MUST RSVP TO GET A TICKET FOR THIS EVENT
Because of school security, RSF Day is a ticketed event. To get a ticket for no more than TWO guests, please RSVP by November 24TH to firstname.lastname@example.org. Supply the name of your guests, as well as your child’s grade/teacher.
HOW TO VOLUNTEER
Because of the large amount of visitors that day, we need your help to make this day a success: from greeters, to ticket takers, to parent escorts, to clean up and set up. The time frame is short (under 2 hours) but we need many volunteers to make the day go smoothly for our Relatives and Special Friends.
To Volunteer, please follow the steps below:
