RVSP for Relatives and Special Friends Day
Friday, December 4th

Relatives and Special Friends Day is a day when any relative (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, etc.) or special friend of our children get the opportunity to visit our school and spend the morning with the special children in their lives.  This year it is Friday, December 4th (a half day).

SCHEDULE OF THE DAY
Guests arrive at 9:00 a.m.  The day will consist of a short Welcome Presentation in the Auditorium before guests get escorted up to the Classrooms for a visit.  It ends with a light breakfast reception in the Lobby.  The event ends at 12:00 p.m.

YOU MUST RSVP TO GET A TICKET FOR THIS EVENT
Because of school security, RSF Day is a ticketed event.  To get a ticket for no more than TWO guests, please RSVP by November 30THto msc.rsfday@gmail.com. Supply the name of your guests, as well as your child’s grade and teacher.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

Volunteers needed - Relative and Special Friends Day
Friday, December 4th

Because of the large amount of visitors that day, we need your help to make this day a success:  from greeters, to ticket takers, to parent escorts, to clean up and set up. The time frame is short (under 2 hours) but we need many volunteers to make the day go smoothly for our Relatives and Special Friends.

To Volunteer, please follow these EASY steps below:
1)    Click this link to see our Sign-Up on Volunteer Spot:  http://vols.pt/35xj5W
2)   Provide your email address so we know how to get in touch with you
3)   Check the available spots and then sign up for the one you like!
