HOW TO DEAL WITH LICE?

Head lice do not pose a health hazard, transmit disease, or indicate poor hygiene, but they are disturbing nuisance. Our goal is to prevent lice from spreading. Keeping lice out of school requires a joint effort between school and home. Children found with lice (live bugs) will be sent home and can return to school when they are lice free. However, if the child is found to have a few nits (eggs) only, he or she can remain in school and should be treated at home.
