Physical education prepares children to be physically and mentally active, fit and healthy for life.  It helps skill and motor skills development, teaches self discipline, influences moral development, reduces stress, strengthens peer relationships, improves self confidence and self esteem, and facilitates development f student responsibility for health and fitness.


Students will engage in fun group challenges that teach them how to perfect balance, agility, coordination, speed, and strength. They will learn how to apply these skills in different sports and in everyday life. It will be a high energy class with games that require social interaction, problem solving, and team work along with physical challenges that will build sport confidence and self esteem.
